Comprehensive treatment for all types of fractures and musculoskeletal trauma.
A fracture or sudden injury can bring daily life to a halt. Our trauma and fracture service provides prompt, expert care for everything from simple broken bones to complex, multi-fragment injuries — restoring stability, alignment and function so you can return to your normal routine with confidence.
Conditions We Treat
- Simple and compound (open) fractures of the arm, leg, wrist and ankle
- Hip and pelvic fractures, including fragility fractures in older adults
- Hand, finger and foot fractures
- Dislocations and combined fracture-dislocation injuries
- Non-union and mal-union (fractures that failed to heal correctly)
- Soft-tissue trauma, ligament and tendon injuries
How We Treat It
Every injury begins with a careful clinical examination and imaging to understand the exact pattern of the break. Many stable fractures heal well with casting, splinting or bracing. When bones are displaced or unstable, we use modern fixation techniques — plates, screws, intramedullary nails or external fixators — to hold the bone in the correct position while it heals.
- Closed reduction and casting for stable fractures
- Minimally invasive plate and screw fixation
- Intramedullary nailing for long-bone fractures
- Surgery for complex, intra-articular and open injuries
Recovery & Rehabilitation
Healing is guided by a structured rehabilitation plan. We focus on early, safe mobilisation to prevent stiffness, protect the repair and rebuild strength. Physiotherapy, pain management and regular follow-up imaging ensure your bone unites properly and you regain full movement.
